Ever since I saw Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981 I have had a fascination with the bullwhip. It is a remarkable and elegant tool. I hand cut my whips from kangaroo hide, plait two bellies, use english kip bolsters and then finish with a twelve plait overlay. The standard price for a whip is $35 per foot plus shipping. Custom orders are priced on an individual basis.

I kind of fell into making these leather watch fobs by accident and they have become rather popular. I make two styles: four plait and six plait. The four plait fob has two flat loops at each end with a four strand braid. The six plait has one flat braided loop and flat loop connected by a six strand braid. Standard length is 11″ — 12″. I can make them shorter at no extra charge but longer is a dollar per inch.
